Known for its state-of-the-art in-house microgreen operation, Harvest House showcases how fresh, clean, biologically intensive agriculture can be integrated into everyday meals. Their menu ranges from salads, grain bowls, and dinner specials to Sunday brunch and craft cocktails, with microgreens and local products as the stars of the plate. Owners Haeli and Darryl farm hemp and microgreens, serve the community at local farmers markets, and are active community volunteers. They have featured Mighty Yough Farms mushrooms in their offerings, most notably in the popular “Shroom Asada Tacos.” Our relationship with Harvest House is rooted in shared values of freshness, sustainability, and innovation.
