Mighty Yough Farms will be responsible for teaching the National Restaurant Association ServSafe Food Handler class again this spring for Garrett College. This is a certification for restaurant staff on the basics of food handling and food safety. It is the industry standard and worthwhile for anyone who produces and sells food. The class includes course and testing materials. Registration is directly with Garrett College.
