Mighty Yough Farms will be responsible for teaching the National Restaurant Association ServSafe Food Handler class this fall and winter for Garrett College. This is a certification for restaurant staff on the basics of food handling and food safety. It is the industry standard and worthwhile for anyone who produces and sells food.
