Mighty Yough Foods is responsible for teaching the National Restaurant Association ServSafe Food Manager classes for Garrett College. This is an advanced certification for manager-level restaurant staff that goes into substantial depth about food handling and food safety. ServSafe is the industry standard for restaurant safety training and worthwhile for anyone who produces and sells food. This two-day class includes course and testing materials.
