Fresh Mushrooms – Lion’s Mane

Lion’s Mane mushrooms are some of the most renowned and diverse varieties of the specialized mushroom world. They are both edible and serve medicinal purposes. They are also just really cool to see! So different from most other common mushrooms. They are somewhat more challenging to cook than oyster mushrooms. Our favorite cooking method is to put them in a pan on a stove top, add some salt to reduce the amount of water in the mushrooms. We then put them aside in a marinade for a few hours. Any marinade will do! We can then sauté the mushrooms for an incredibly healthy and tasty dish. Lion’s mane mushrooms are also neuro-generative and excellent to improve focus and memory. We therefore use these mushrooms in all our mushroom-related products, including our tinctures, capsules, coffees, and matcha teas.
